任職要求:

學歷與語言背景:

- 持有漢語言文學、語言學或相關領域學士學位；國際教育或中文教學碩士優先。

- 中文為母語水平；英語可作為工作語言。

專業資格與經驗:

- 持有相關教學證書（如 PGDE / PGCE / 教師資格證）；具 IBDP 及/或 A-Level 中文教學與評估經驗者優先（雙軌兼備者優先）。

- 具 2 年以上國際課程中文教學經驗（3 年以上優先），熟悉 IBDP 與 A-Level 評估體系及大綱要求者優先。

主要職責:

教學與學習支援:

- 在學科主任的指導下，承擔部分教學工作；協助中文科主教師規劃及備製 IBDP、A‑Level 與校本中文課程的教學材料、教具，並安排課堂佈置。

- 於課堂中提供小組與個別支援，照顧不同語言背景與程度的學生，包括以中文為附加語言（CAL）的學習者。

- 配合主教師實施差異化教學與分層任務，協助學生完成練習、作業與口語、寫作實踐。
