漢鼎書院的校園硬件設施以國際文憑組織(IBO)、劍橋國際課程的要求為設置指南,按照兩者所代表的國際教育硬件標準,配備了十二間常規教室、三間實驗室、兩間視覺藝術室、 一間音樂舞蹈室、一間禮堂、一間圖書館、一間室內體育館。學校建築面積為2200平方米,每間教室都配備了香港目前最先進的75吋觸屏式電子白板。此外,我們為同學配備了iPad,用於課堂活動、編程及機器人控制等活動。

漢鼎書院的發展狀況、教師配備、硬件設施怎麼樣?

發展狀況:漢鼎書院於2017年7月3日取得香港教育局中小學註冊牌照;8月4日通過劍橋大學國際考試委員會授權認證,成為劍橋國際課程學校。2018年10月,獲得劍橋國際考評局、英國文化協會授權,成為KET/PET/FCE/雅思考點。2019年3月,漢鼎書院成為國際文憑大學預科課程(IBDP)學校。

我們相信家庭學習、作業是教育歷程中非常重要的一部分,我們的功課量可參見下表:

家長如何了解學生的學習情況?

總結性評估:我們將每學年劃分為兩個學期,每個學期結束之前都會有總結性評估測試,並伴隨相應的學習表現報告。

形成性評估:老師會記錄學生的課堂和日常表現,通過書面、口頭或我們的家校溝通內聯網,將學生的學習進展告知家長。我們亦會定期舉行年度、月度家長會,讓家長了解學生的學習情況。

學生主導會議:學校會在學年中挑選特定的時間,提供場地,讓學生自己邀請家長來到學校,每位學生用15到30分鐘的時間自主與家長分享學習情況、學習難關與解決辦法。

English Teaching Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive English Teaching Assistant to support students in their English language development across reading, writing, listening, speaking, vocabulary, and phonetics. The successful candidate will work closely with English teachers to provide individualised and small-group interventions during lunch breaks, after-school sessions, and pull-out lessons. This position is ideal for someone passionate about literacy, student progress, and confidence-building through language learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Targeted Student Support:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students requiring additional help in English.
  • Focus on improving students’ phonetics, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing structure, speaking fluency, and listening skills.
  • Design and implement individualised learning strategies in collaboration with the teaching team.
  • Support students during lunch recess and after-school sessions (Monday to Friday).

Key Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure & Technical Support:

Han Academy is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Counselor to provide comprehensive psychological support and counseling services across all grade levels—from Primary (Year 1) through Secondary (Year 13). This role is essential in leading the school’s mental health initiatives, managing Special Education Needs (SEN) documentation, and fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for students' academic and emotional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Counseling & Student Support:

  • Provide age-appropriate individual and group counseling services addressing academic, social-emotional, and personal development.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to support the Science Department. The Lab Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective operation of the school’s science laboratories. This position is essential in providing hands-on support for practical science education across all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
Laboratory Preparation & Support:

  • Prepare and set up materials, equipment, and chemicals for practical science lessons across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
  • Support science teachers during practical classes and assessments.
  • Prepare resources and setups for A Level Biology, Chemistry, and Physics practical examinations (CIE).

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of our busy office. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure our operations are efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Affairs Management
    • Formulate, distribute, and file school administrative documents (e.g., notices, rules and regulations, meeting minutes);
    • Arrange internal school meetings, take accurate meeting minutes, and follow up on the implementation of resolutions;
