關先生積極參與中國內地及香港各類社會事務及青年活動。現任粵港澳大灣區教育發展協會香港會長。曾任國際青年商會香港總會2014年度總會會長、蘇港青年文化促進會榮譽會長、第十一屆及第十二屆江蘇省青年常務委員兼港區召集人、前海深港青年事務專業諮詢委員會委員、香港菁英會名譽董事、香港政協青年聯會名譽顧問、互聯網專業協會副會長、前海法院首批港籍陪審員（2017-2021）、香港紫荊研究院委員，以及第十四屆及第十五屆中國江蘇省南京市政協委員。

Mr Johnny Kwan has 20 years ofexperience in the telecommunications and information technology sectors,providing professional and comprehensive information management solutions tointernational clients and small and medium-sized enterprises across the Asia-Pacificregion. Over the years, he has participated in international education planningand development, policy innovation, and the application and management ofeducation technology in Malaysia, Brunei and Qianhai, Shenzhen, China. Mr Kwannow focuses on the development of international education and education inChina.

Mr Kwan actively participates in awide range of community affairs and youth activities in Mainland China and HongKong. He currently serves as President (Hong Kong) of the Greater Bay AreaEducation Development Association. His previous appointments include 2014National President of Junior Chamber International Hong Kong; HonoraryPresident of the Jiangsu-Hong Kong Youth Cultural Promotion Association;Standing Committee Member of the 11th and 12th Jiangsu Youth Federation andConvenor for Hong Kong; Member of the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Youth AffairsProfessional Advisory Committee; Honorary Director of The Y.Elites Association;Honorary Adviser to the Hong Kong CPPCC Youth Association; Vice President ofthe Internet Professional Association; a member of the inaugural cohort of HongKong jurors at the Qianhai Court (2017-2021); Member of the Hong Kong BauhiniaInstitute; and Member of the 14th and 15th Nanjing Municipal Committees of theChinese People's Political Consultative Conference in Jiangsu, China.
