余靜女士現任漢鼎書院校長兼小學部校長。她具小學語文高級教師資格（內地職稱）及香港註冊教師資格，曾任香港大學教育學院PGDE啟導教師，亦是「香港未來人才獎學金」獲得者。

余靜女士於 2017 年加入漢鼎書院，出任副校長及中文課程總監，為漢鼎建立獨具特色的中文課程體系；2021 年8月升任執行校長，2022 年5月出任校長。她擁有近 26 年國際課程教學及學校管理經驗，曾在內地知名國際課程學校擔任教學主任、德育主任，協助總校長管理國際小學，並受委託參與分校創校工作。加入漢鼎書院以來，她憑藉深厚的教學與管理經驗，全力支持教師團隊，助力教師服務學生，帶領全體漢鼎師生穩步發展。

Ms.Linda Yu is currently the Head of Han Academy and the Principal of the Primary school. She holdsthe qualification of Senior Primary Chinese Language Teacher (a mainlandprofessional title) and is a registered teacher in Hong Kong. She previouslyserved as a PGDE mentor at the Faculty of Education, The University of HongKong, and is a recipient of the "Hong Kong Future TalentsScholarship".

Ms.Linda Yu  joined Han Academy in 2017 asVice Principal and Director of the Chinese Curriculum, where she established a distinctive Chinese languagecurriculum system for the school. In August 2021, she was promoted to ExecutivePrincipal, and in May 2022, she became Principal. She has nearly 26 years ofexperience in international curriculum teaching and school management. Shepreviously served as Head of Teaching and Head of Moral Education at awell-known international curriculum school in mainland China, assisting theHead of School in managing the international primary division, and wasentrusted with participating in the establishment of a branch campus. Sincejoining Han Academy, she has drawn on her profound teaching and managementexperience to fully support the teaching team, help teachers serve students,and lead all Han Academy teachers and students in steady development.

Havinggrown from a Chinese language teacher into a seasoned IB educator and schooladministrator, Ms. Linda Yu possesses a broad educational vision and aninclusive leadership mindset. She firmly believes: "A successful educationshould enable every child to become the best version of themselves."
