任职要求:

学历与语言背景:

- 持有汉语言文学、语言学或相关领域学士学位；国际教育或中文教学硕士优先。

- 中文为母语水平；英语可作为工作语言。

专业资格与经验:

- 持有相关教学证书（如 PGDE / PGCE / 教师资格证）；具 IBDP 及/或 A-Level 中文教学与评估经验者优先（双轨兼备者优先）。

- 具 2 年以上国际课程中文教学经验（3 年以上优先），熟悉 IBDP 与 A-Level 评估体系及大纲要求者优先。

技能与素质:

主要职责:

教学与学习支援:

- 在学科主任的指导下，承担部分教学工作；协助中文科主教师规划及备制 IBDP、A‑Level 与校本中文课程的教学材料、教具，并安排课堂布置。

- 于课堂中提供小组与个别支援，照顾不同语言背景与程度的学生，包括以中文为附加语言（CAL）的学习者。

- 配合主教师实施差异化教学与分层任务，协助学生完成练习、作业与口语、写作实践。

学生关顾与行为管理:

- 关注学生在课堂、课间及课外活动中的情绪与行为表现，适时向班主任及相关老师汇报。

- 以身作则，营造安全、尊重、包容的学习环境，培养学生的自信心与自主学习能力。

课程与资源支援:

- 协助筹备及管理教学材料，包括影印、教具整理、教室布置与学生作品展示。

- 配合中文科课程计划，参与教学活动设计与节庆、文化交流等课堂庆典的准备。

- 与班主任、中文科老师及校领导保持及时、尊重的沟通，共同支援学生学习。
