劉馨蔚

英文老師

劉馨蔚老師畢業於香港教育大學,榮獲英文教學榮譽學士。後於香港中文大學再次深造,獲得對外漢語碩士學位。

劉馨蔚老師於2022年8月加入漢鼎書院。她在過去數年的教學生涯中,一直擔任班主任和英文老師。在教學方面,她注重培養學生學習興趣,照顧學生個體學習需求,善於用不同的教學方法和寓教於樂活動引導學生自主學習;在英文學習方面,劉老師以會用語音讀詞彙,會用詞彙和語法表達想法為基礎教學目標,在夯實知識的基礎上,她培養學生們的自主閱讀興趣,增強英文語感,讓學生們形成自主學習。班級管理方面,劉老師把每個學生當做班級的小主人,最大程度的讓學生們自己參與班級管理,營造互相幫助,友愛和諧的班級氛圍。

作為一名教學工作者,劉老師相信每個學生都有獨特的閃光點,因而,對於每個學生也要採取不同的教育方式。除了教學以外,老師也應不斷進修,不斷提升自己,為未來的教學做充分的準備。

Cynvi Liu

Teacher of English

Ms Cynvi Liu has graduated from the Educational University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor Degree of English Education (Honor). She obtained her Master Degree of Teaching Chinese as an International Language from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Ms Cynvi Liu joined Han Academy since August 2022. In her past teaching experience, she has always been a homeroom teacher and an English teacher. In term of teaching, she emphasizes on developing students’ learning interests, caters for diversity and is good at adopting different teaching methods and activities to lead students’ self-learning. When it comes to English teaching, using phonics to read and use appropriate vocabulary and correct grammar to express ideas is her teaching objectives. On the basis of solid knowledge, she aims to let students keep reading as a habit, enhance students’ English sense and eventually to make students learn on their own. As for class management, she regards every student as an active master of the class, making all of them engage in class duties so that it can create a helpful, friendly and harmonious atmosphere.

As an educator, Ms Cynvi Liu believes that each student has his/her own shininess, therefore, teacher should adopt different strategies. Other than teaching students, teachers should continue with their professional training for the preparation of the future teaching.
