我是一名一直在教育行業耕耘的老教師。早年畢業於北京廣播電視大學。從做教師那天起,不知不覺早把自己的生活和學校,和孩子們緊緊地聯繫在一起了。

在北京,我曾先後在三所千人以上的重點小學任教,教過各年級多個學科,擔任過班主任、年級組長、大隊輔導員等職。憑著對孩子及教育事業的熱愛,我數次被評為優秀班主任、輔導員。特別是在1985年全國性的「樹立創造志向,增長創造才幹,開展創造性活動」的「創造杯」競賽中,我組織學生獨創的「飛向南極」活動,在全國33.5萬個競賽投稿中一舉奪魁。當年設計的「中國少年紀念標」,至今仍屹立在中國南極長城站前。

「教書育人」是教師的職責。我始終牢記「千教萬教教人求真,千學萬學學做真人」,堅持把「育人」放在首位。每個孩子都是我心中的寶貝,雖然只教他們一陣子,但要著眼負責一輩子。我覺得,知識是永遠學不完的,你教得再多也只是「滄海一粟」;而「學會做人」才是根本,事關孩子未來的發展。我會用自己每一次「潤物細無聲」的耐心施教,讓良好道德、傳統、習慣紮根于孩子心靈,並伴隨他們的一生。

「業精於勤」是教師的本份。我重視自己的業務學習,常常為了上好一節課,不僅利用業餘時間翻閱大量專業資料,還虛心向同儕學習,博采眾家之長,不斷提高自己的專業素養,力求百尺竿頭,更進一步。無論教哪個年級,無論上哪節課,我都會以敬畏之心對待,潛心鑽研,認真準備。針對學生的差異,我會千方百計地選用適合的方法提高他們的興趣,啟迪他們的思維和智慧,幫學生真正掌握紮實的基礎知識,全面提高語文能力。

在內地任教期間,我數次承擔不同級別的公開課,撰寫論文,出版多本書籍,錄製教學片,參與編寫教材,參加遠程教育等,並多次被評為學科帶頭人、兼職教研員、大專學生導師,獲得「中學高級教師」職稱。

2000年我曾赴雅加達一所國際學校任教2年。2003年——弘立書院建校第一年,我獲邀參與弘立書院的創建,藉由「輸入內地人才計劃」進入香港。近16年來,我一直在弘立書院負責小學中文教學工作,擔任學科組長,中文助理校長,語文研究中心研究員。我懷著開創全新教育事業的夢想,努力培養植根中華文化、立足全球視野、具有終身學習能力的新人,全身心地投入到弘立書院中文部的發展中,參與並完成弘立多本校本教材的編寫。許多老師、家長說弘立書院的中文發展我功不可沒,我想:這是對我的肯定與鼓勵。

如今有幸加入漢鼎書院大家庭,對我來說,這是個全新的環境,是新的挑戰,更是新的開端。吾願「老驥伏櫪」,和大家同心協力,為打造卓越的漢鼎書院,全力以赴!

Chinese Consultant

As an experienced teacher, I have been working in the education industry for decades. I graduated from the University of Broadcasting and Television University in Beijing. From the first day I became a teacher, my life has been closely tied to the schools and the students.

I worked successively in three top elementary schools in Beijing, each of which had more than 1,000 students. I taught many subjects of various levels, and took positions including class teacher, grade leader, and league counselor. With my enthusiasm in education, I got several excellent teacher and counselor rewards. In particular, in the national ''Creativity Cup'' competition in 1985, which theme was to build creativity ambitions, develop creativity talent, and start creativity activities, with my organization and mentorship, my students' original work ''Fly to the South Pole'' won the national champion among the 335,000 competitors. Until today the awarded design still stands in front of the Antarctic Great Wall Station.

Teaching and cultivating students is the responsibility of teachers. I always treat ''cultivating students'' as the most crucial part as I believe my duty is to guide students to seek the truth and become honest persons. Every student I ever taught is very precious to me. I feel that knowledge can never be taught and learned completely. Learn how to be a good person is the key and it has a great impact on children's future growth. I will always educate my students with sincerity and patience, so that good morals, traditions, and habits are able to be rooted in their heart and kept forever.

Proficiency comes from diligence. I often spend lots of time after school to read and research piles of professional resources in order to prepare for a class lesson. I learn the advantages and strength of my colleagues, constantly improve my professional skills and expertise, and achieve further progress. With my respect and humility to education, I always concentrate on studying and preparing for every course I teach. Regarding to the differences among students, I try every possible way to find appropriate solutions to increase their interests, inspire their thinking and wisdom, help them master solid fundamental knowledge, and comprehensively improve their Chinese language skills.

During my professional career in Beijing, I delivered multiple demonstration classes of various levels, wrote papers, published books, and participated in recording training videos, composing teaching materials and long-distance education. I was selected as the academic leader, part-time researcher and mentor for college students, and achieved the professional title as the ''Secondary School Senior Teacher''.

Starting from 2000, I worked at an international school in Jakarta for two years. In 2003, I was invited to join the founding of the ISF Academy and came to Hong Kong through the Admission Scheme for Mainland Talents and Professionals (ASMTP). In the last 16 years, I have been working on Chinese language education at the ISF Academy, with titles including academy leader, Chinese assistant principal, and researcher at the Chinese Language Research Center. I worked hard to help my students having Chinese culture, global vision and lifelong learning capability rooted in their heart. I fully devoted myself to the development of the Chinese Department at the ISF Academy, and composed the teaching material of Pinyin, vocabulary and reading. I have got many appraisals from the colleagues and students' parents regarding to my contribution to the school’s development. I really appreciate such recognition and encouragement.

I am so honored to join the Han Academy now. This is a new family, a new challenge, and a new opportunity for me. My age fertilizes my experience and expertise but never stops my career ambition. I'm willing to do my best and work together with all colleagues for the great future of Han Academy.
