Steven Carr 是漢鼎書院小學英語的負責人。 Steven 從事教學工作 20 多年，曾在香港和倫敦的不同學校和環境工作過。從市內貧困地區的學校到香港最負盛名的學校之一，他一直專注於提高兒童的語言能力。他的研究成果在歐洲和亞洲的會議上發表。
在這些年的教學生涯中，他一直秉承 「不讓一個人掉隊 」的理念。他認為，所有兒童，無論性別、社會經濟背景、種族如何，都有權在學校的學習和體育生活中取得成就。作為一名教師，他的目標就是帶領孩子們實現這一目標。
他一直負責各種課外活動。這些活動包括板球隊、足球隊、前往英國的英語和戲劇海外體驗之旅，以及前往法國的語言沉浸之旅。

Teacher of English
Steven Carr is the head of Primary English in Han Academy. Steven has been a teacher for over 20 years and has worked in various schools and settings in both Hong Kong and London. From schools in deprived inner city areas to one of the most prestigious schools in Hong Kong, he has focussed on improving children's language ability. This has led to published research and presenting at conferences in Europe and Asia.
Throughout these years of teaching, his philosophy has been to "Leave no one behind." he believes that all children regardless of gender, socio-economic background, race - have a right to achieve in both their academic and sporting school life. As a teacher, he aims to lead them toward this.
He has been in charge of various extracurricular activities. These have included cricket teams, football teams, and experiential English and Drama overseas trips to both the United Kingdom, and language immersion trips to France.
