陸蕾

陸蕾老師於2008年8月至今在香港任教，2019年加入漢鼎書院。除擔任中文教學外，還多年任職中文學科主任。現任香港漢鼎書院中文總監。她始終把「如何引導學生學會學習」，「如何幫助每個孩子樹立自信，在原有的基礎上不斷進步」作為思考和實踐的課題。
陸蕾老師擁有30多年的教育教學及管理經驗，曾被聘為武昌區「名師工作室」導師，獲得省級優秀教師，武昌區「十大名師」，「區管專業技術拔尖人才」等稱號，陸老師長期堅持研究和 實踐將國家課程與國際課程相融合的校本中文課程架構，參與編寫多本校本教材；曾參加國家級骨幹教師培訓以及哈佛教育研究院“為理解的教學”教練培訓，被評為優秀學員。
陸蕾老師畢業於華中師範大學中文系漢語言文學專業，並修讀了為期三年的中文系漢語言文學專業碩士研究生課程。

Lu Lei

Ms. Lu Lei has been teaching in Hong Kong since August 2008 and joined Han Academy in 2019. In addition to teaching Chinese, she has also served as Chinese subject leader for many years. She is now the head of Chinese curriculum at Han Academy in Hong Kong. She has always taken "how to guide students to become a learner and "how to help every child build up self-confidence and make progress on the basis of the original foundation" as the subjects of her thinking and practice.
Ms. Lu Lei has more than 30 years of teaching and management experience. She has been appointed as the mentor of Wuchang District's "Famous Teacher Workshop", and has been awarded the titles of Provincial Outstanding Teacher, Wuchang District's "Top Ten Famous Teachers", and "District's Professional and Technical Top Talents", etc. She has persisted in researching and practicing the structure of school-based Chinese language curriculum that integrates the National Curriculum with the International Curriculum for a long period of time, and has taken part in the preparation of a number of school-based teaching materials. Ms. Lu has participated in national key teacher training and Harvard Graduate School of Education's "Teaching for Understanding" coaching training, and was recognized as an outstanding student.
Ms. Lu Lei graduated from the Chinese Language and Literature Department of Central China Normal University, and has completed a three-year master's degree program in Chinese Language and Literature.
