劉騫先生2008年與永隆銀行創始股東伍氏家族聯合創立方圓金融集團，並任董事長。方圓金融集團在香港、中國內地、新加坡均設有持牌子公司，從事資產管理及其他金融服務，投資領域涉及境內外固定收益、股票、及私募股權等。劉騫先生擁有近30年境內外金融行業經驗，90年代末加入美國摩根士丹利資產管理，歷任研究員、基金經理。2006年赴香港，任德意志銀行自營投資部董事。

劉騫先生持有美國賓夕法尼亞大學沃頓商學院MBA學位和武漢大學經濟學學士學位。劉騫先生現擔任武漢大學經濟與管理學院諮詢委員會委員、武漢大學香港校友會副會長、武漢大學校友企業家聯誼會泛珠三角分會副會長。

CFA, Chairman & Co-Founder, Prudence Financial Holdings Group

Mr. Chad LIU co-founded Prudence with the Wu family of Wing Lung Bank in 2008. Through its licensed subsidiaries in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Singapore, Prudence offers asset management and other financial services, covering fixed income, listed equity and private equity. Mr. Liu has almost 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Since the late 1990s, he worked for Morgan Stanley Investment Management in the United States, as a research analyst and then as a portfolio manager. In 2006, he moved to Hong Kong and worked as a Director in proprietary trading with Deutsche Bank.

Mr. Liu holds an MBA degree from the the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a bachelor's degree in economics from Wuhan University. Mr. Liu is a member of the Advisory Committee of the Economics and Management School of Wuhan University, a Vice President of the Wuhan University Alumni Association in Hong Kong, and a Vice President of the Wuhan University Alumni Business Association Pan-Pearl River Delta.
